When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods, and then the interest and fee-free monthly allowance will fall every 20 months. The agreement on payment at ViaBill lapses when a purchase is withdrawn, in accordance with Section 26 of the Consumer Contracts Act.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or will have the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be given by contacting us on the chat, at info @ nature .dk or on +45 73 70 93 28. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms of trade. In your notice, please make us clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo by simply refusing receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have received the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
Fill out the default withdrawal form (located at the bottom of the terms of trade) or the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it with your returned item (or find the form Here). You then pack your items in a box and put your return label on the outside. Remember to remove or cover the original delivery label. Contact us if you need a return label for your order and we will make sure you get one. However, this only applies to our Danish customers. If you live abroad, you have to pay for the return freight.
Failure to remove original packaging may constitute an impairment, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not use it in real use.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different mode of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it by then.
The deficiency rules of the Danish Sales Law may apply to purchases of goods.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or discounted in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or normal wear and tear.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. The personal data are registered with Nature ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, it may be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we should use it. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we fail to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant board in this area, provided that the conditions for doing so are met:
